As a result, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED OR SOLD, THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF THE LISTINGS, THE ABILITY OF SELLERS TO SELL AND DELIVER ITEMS OR THE ABILITY OF BUYERS TO BUY AND PAY FOR ITEMS. We can’t ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Buyer should look to the seller for any refunds, credits or adjustments to a transaction. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND OFFER NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, REGARDING ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH ANY INDIVIDUAL SELLER(S) OR ANY PARTS BUYERS PURCHASE FROM A SELLER, OR ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, BUYERS AND SELLERS EXCHANGE.

4. ALL TRANSACTIONS AND AGREEMENTS ARE MADE DIRECTLY BETWEEN BUYERS AND THE SELLERS OF THE PARTS. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ACTUAL TRANSACTIONS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, AND HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, WITH RESPECT TO THOSE AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS.

5. The information that you view and receive on our site is information that PartRunner has received from parts buyers and part sellers. PartRunner does not review and/or verify that information for truth and/or accuracy. We encourage all users to use common sense and practice safe purchasing when using our site.

6. Registered users of our site, will be assigned a username and password .Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. Users agree to immediately notify PartRunner of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security at contact@partrunner.com.

7. All users agree that any information they post on our website or send to others when using our website, by email, phone, fax or mail, will be true, correct, and comply with all applicable laws. In particular, users agree not to post anything that is:

a) fraudulent or misleading
b) infringes any third party's contract, copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, or other intellectual property rights
c) defamatory, libelous, harassing or threatening
d) obscene

8. PartRunner reserves the right to refuse services to any business or individual, for any reason or without a reason. Without limiting that right, we may immediately suspend or terminate your right to access our site and refuse to provide our services to you if you:

a) breach provisions of this Agreement
b) unable to verify or authenticate any information your provide to us
c) may cause legal liability for you, parts buyers, parts sellers, our other customers or partners, or us.

9. All the information provided on our website you use at own risk, on “AS IS“, when available basis, without warranties of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, implied warranties of title, merchantability and fitness for any particular purposes whatsoever.

10. PartRunner provides, or third parties may provide, links to other internet sites or resources. Because we have no control over such sites and resources, users agree not hold PartRunner responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources; liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Furthermore, users acknowledge and agree that PartRunner shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services that are available on or through any such sites or resources.
