 1. How do I post additional requests?

You can place up to 5 additional requests using your Token # that is issued to you when you place your first, original part request. To place additional requests, you will need to enter your Token # in the "Find Parts" page before your filling out the request form.

 2. I lost my Token #.

You can retrieve your Token # by clicking here.

 3. I cannot log in to my account.

User IDs and passwords are only used by auto recyclers and junkyards. It is not used to post additional requests. If you forgot your username and password, please contact us by clicking here.

 4. I already submitted my request. How do I change information in it?

Once you submit your request to our hotline, it immediately gets distributed in our network. As a result, you cannot change or add additional information. You will need to post another request with the correct information.

 5. How do I check how many requests I have remaining?

Please use the Forgot Token # form by clicking here We will email your Token # along with the number of remaining requests.

 6. I cannot post requests for a specific part.

Although we try to include every possible model, make, and part into our system, we may occasionaly not have your specific part in our request form. In this case, you may select "Other" as a make, model, or part. Please be sure to specifiy those details in your part request message. Click here to send us your suggestions.

 7. I live outside the U.S. or Canada. How do I post requests?

If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada, please use any U.S. state to post your request. Please be sure to specify your exact location in the part request message. You will only be able to pay through PayPal. At this time, we are integrating other countries into our system.
